Ginger Tzatziki Chicken Wraps

If you are looking for something to change up your chicken dinner, this Ginger Tzatziki Chicken Wrap meal is going to blow your mind! It’s a yummy and healthy alternative to regular wraps, and the flavor of the chicken is absolutely wonderful.

This is a low-sucrose and low-starch recipe. Sucrose and starch tolerance vary. Individuals may need to modify the recipe to meet personal diet goals.

For the Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

For the Tzatziki

  • ¼ cup finely diced cucumbers
  • 1 clove minced garlic (as tolerated)
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or 1-2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

For the Wraps

  • 8-10 whole romaine lettuce leaves
  • 30 cucumber slices


  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, ginger, olive oil and pepper.
  2. Add in the chicken and cover with plastic to marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, add cucumbers, dill, garlic, salt, pepper and yogurt and mix it together.
  4. Grill the chicken.
  5. When it’s done, assemble your wraps by lining the romaine leaves with cucumber, then add a few pieces of chicken and top with the tzatziki.
